- Do I have to be home?
No, you may leave us a key.
- Do I have to give you a key?
Of course not, other arrangements can be made.
- How much does it cost?
We will do a free in home estimate to determine a fair price.
- When do I pay?
Payment should be made at the time of service.
- How do you deal with pets?
We try to accomodate you and your pets. Unfortunately, some dogs exhibit aggressive behavior when they feel their home is being "invaded." If this is the case, you will be asked to please confine them to an area not being cleaned that day.
- Who provides cleaning supplies and equipment?
We do. However, if you'd like us to use a specific product we do not carry, you may provide it and we would be happy to use it.
- What time are you coming?
Given the nature of this business, scheduled estimated time slots are given for the time we will arrive. (Ex: "8:00 - 10:00", "10:00 - 12:00", "12:00 - 2:00", "2:00 - 4:00.")
- Are tips mandatory?
No. Tips are at the customer's discretion. Some customers tip annually around the holiday season, after the original clean, or spring clean. Others tip a percentage every or every other cleaning. All forms of tipping are always appreciated, none are mandatory.
- What if my cleaning lands on a holiday?
We will reschedule you to a mutually agreed upon day.

Is my personal information confidential?
Absolutely. Nobody will have access to your information except us.
- Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We have a terms and conditions notification that you must sign which states you agree with our policies.
- Who's coming to clean my house?
A highly qualified, extensively trained team of Saedy Maids.
- Do the same people come to clean each time?
Yes, we will try to keep the teams on a regular schedule. Unfortunately, this is not always possible.
- Can I skip a cleaning?
Yes, as long as you provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
- What if something is broken?
If we break something, we will replace it with our apologies.
